Shipping Rates

Most orders ship from a fulfillment center in your region. Some orders may ship internationally depending on stock availability. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are collected by the destination country's customs authority.

Delivery times for international orders may be extended due to customs processing.

Final Sale Policy

All purchases are final once the order has been shipped. We do not offer refunds after shipment. By completing a purchase, customers accept this final sale policy.

All customers are required to review and sign a purchase agreement before checkout.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Orders delivered to the address provided are considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Your claim must include:

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Warranty

SFX RGBW Wireless Tube Kits come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage beyond IP54 rated conditions, or modifications to the hardware or firmware.

Final Sale Policy

All purchases are final once the order has been shipped. Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, we do not offer refunds after shipment. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of this final sale policy.

Our products are intended for personal use only. By purchasing, you assume responsibility for proper handling, installation, and operation. We are not liable for damage or issues caused by improper installation, product modification, or misuse.

Chargeback & Dispute Policy

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@sfxled.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving issues directly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may be considered a violation of this agreement, and we reserve the right to submit order records as evidence in the event of a dispute.
