Processing Time
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days for U.S. and 2-5 business days for international (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Order Changes: If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Shipping Restrictions

- P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged Packages: If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement if necessary.
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If the package cannot be found, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.
