Can I control individual lights?
Yes, you can control all your lights with one remote or control each light with separate remotes. Every SFX light comes with one remote, and you can easily sync remotes to different lights with the touch of a button.
How do effects stay in sync?
Our lights feature an internal clock, ensuring synchronized animations. Unlike other lights, SFXLED provides professional sync'd effects effortlessly, allowing you to achieve stunning results at the touch of a button, no matter where you are.
Can I just do solid colors?
Yes! Simply select a color on your remote to instantly set solid colors to all lights or each light individually.
Can I use an app?
Currently, all our features are easy to use with your wireless remote. We hope to expand our features and controls to a phone app with more customer feedback and funding in the future.
Can I control without a remote?
Simply hold the on-board button on your unit to enable SFX Sound-Reactive mode. Your light will automatically browse effects and react to the music.
How long does shipping take?
Our priority shipping, delivered by UPS worldwide, typically arrives within 5-7 business days at an additional cost. We also offer free economy shipping, which can take between 2-4 weeks.
What is your return policy?
Please reach out to our team to request a return within 7 days of arrival if the product is faulty or defective. Return approval is at our discretion. We also recommend taking a video when unboxing your product.

I combine these with my existing light bar to create a fantastic light show effect for my mobile DJ business on a budget, but these perform well above their cost! I had similar tubes by another company, but these have better battery life, and are larger by far than competitors that cost even more! Great product, definitely buy!
Just unboxing these lights made me feel like a kid at Christmas time! They are packed super snug and very protected. Opening and unpacking everything was overly enjoyable but torture at the same time, all I wanted to do was turn them on and start playing with them. Listen, first impression, these things are crazy awesome. The remote has a ridiculous amount of range too. I had these strung through the house, in the garage and outside all at the same time. Bam, bam, bam, every button push was zero delay. Full review soon, first gig with these is this weekend!
