Can I control individual lights?
Yes, you can control all your lights with one remote or control each light with separate remotes. Every SFX light comes with one remote, and you can easily sync remotes to different lights with the touch of a button.
How do effects stay in sync?
Our lights feature an internal clock, ensuring synchronized animations. Unlike other lights, SFXLED provides professional sync'd effects effortlessly, allowing you to achieve stunning results at the touch of a button, no matter where you are.
Can I just do solid colors?
Yes! Simply select a color on your remote to instantly set solid colors to all lights or each light individually.
Can I use an app?
Currently, all our features are easy to use with your wireless remote. We hope to expand our features and controls to a phone app with more customer feedback and funding in the future.
Can I control without a remote?
Simply hold the on-board button on your unit to enable SFX Sound-Reactive mode. Your light will automatically browse effects and react to the music.
How long does shipping take?
Our priority shipping, delivered by UPS worldwide, typically arrives within 5-7 business days at an additional cost. We also offer free economy shipping, which can take between 2-4 weeks.
What is your return policy?
